Gallup studied successful entrepreneurs to understand how they start, develop and grow successful businesses. This investigation allowed Gallup to define 10 Talents of highly successful entrepreneurs.
Based on their work on CliftonStrengths, Gallup designed an assessment, Builder Profile 10™, to help individuals discover and develop their builder talents. This workship is ideal for the strengthening of individuals or teams so they can transform their businesses using internal entrepreneurship, which is vital to maintain competitive advantage in a world in constant change.
The Gallup BP10™ assessment measures an individual’s talent to start or develop a business, a team or community. Understanding your builder talents is useful, even for those that don’t intend to start a business. For example, the employees of a firm can apply their builder talent to transform the organization where they work.
When participants complete the assessment, they receive a report that identifies their individual builder profile. The report reveals as well, the top dominant talents and their role: whether they are experts a conductors or a rainmakers.
Those who have a high builder talent will receive an appendix with suggestions on how to better use their significant talents. All individuals can use the results to transform their talents in strengths that could enable them to be successful in entrepreneurial, professional or personal activities.
