Rosa Elleni Vargas Brito is an Operational Excellence Champion with global experience leading successful Business Transformation programs for Fortune 500 companies. She has designed and deployed Six Sigma, Lean, Quality, Production and Business Process Systems for reputable corporations like Corning Incorporated, John Deere, Sandvik Mining and Rackspace Hosting.

 

For more than 20 years Ms. Vargas Brito has acquired a unique set of capabilities that enable her to transform businesses and teams: she is a Master Black Belt, a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), a Design for Six Sigma and Design Thinking Expert. She has a success record of leading/growing effective cross-functional, international teams, generating multi-million cost savings and business turnarounds. Having worked in Europe, United States, Mexico and the Caribbean, she understand cultural differences and how to achieve results through others building collaborative environments.

Ms. Vargas Brito is experienced in Developing Go-to-Market Strategies for technology customers and channel partners; she has redesigned Sales/Channel/Sales Operations processes, and has led the execution of global multi-million brand awareness marketing campaigns.

Ms. Vargas Brito has a Bachelors in Industrial Engineering and a Post-Graduate Degree in Quality & Productivity Management from the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo INTEC, in the Dominican Republic. She holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill; and completed a Masters Levels Diploma in Strategy and Innovation at the University of Oxford at the Saïd Business School.

 

Ms. Vargas Brito is a Member of the Institute of Management Consultants, the American Society of Quality, and Geekdom, where she attended The District (Entrepreneurship School) acquiring significant Entrepreneurship and Lean Startup skills. She has a certificate of Design Thinking from MIT, she is a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator; and she is a Certified John Maxwell Team Coach, Trainer and Speaker.

Family, traveling, research and working in her passion (operational excellence) are her key motivators in life. She has traveled to more than 30 countries and she is a strong advocate of women empowerment.
